Whether you've chipped a front tooth before a big event, woken up with a throbbing molar, or had a tooth knocked out playing hockey — we see emergencies the same day. Often within 1–2 hours of your call.
Our after-hours line connects directly to an on-call dentist. We'll triage your situation, give you immediate first-aid instructions, and get you in to the office or refer you to the ER if it's a life-threatening situation.
Our first goal is to stop the pain. Local anaesthetic, antibiotics if needed, and definitive treatment same-visit.
A knocked-out tooth replanted within 30 minutes has a 90%+ success rate. Call us immediately.
Untreated dental infections can spread to your jaw or bloodstream. Same-day care prevents this.
Pain doesn't take weekends off. We're open Saturday and Sunday — and have an emergency line after hours.
Tell us your symptoms. We'll triage, give immediate first-aid instructions, and book you in (usually same day).

Written aftercare, prescriptions if needed, and a follow-up visit scheduled if required.

If you're unsure whether your situation is an emergency, call anyway — we'll help you decide. We'd rather see you and rule it out than have you wait through unnecessary pain.
Severe pain, bleeding, knocked-out teeth, broken teeth, lost crowns/fillings causing pain, and any facial swelling. When in doubt — call us. We'll help you decide.
Time is critical. Pick up the tooth by the crown (NOT the root), gently rinse if dirty, and either reinsert into the socket or store in milk. Call us immediately — replantation within 30 minutes has the best success.
ERs can manage pain and infection — but they rarely have a dentist on-site. They'll typically prescribe antibiotics and refer you to a dentist anyway. Call us first unless there's facial swelling threatening your airway.
Same as standard rates — we don't charge premiums for emergency visits. The exam is typically $90; treatment depends on what's needed and is quoted before we proceed.
